Pure and Simple. Lower your homocysteine levels

In observational studies, lower homocysteine levels are associated with lower rates of CHD (cardiovascular heart disease) and stroke. Vitamins B 6 and B 12 and folic acid lower homocysteine levels.

Ask your doctor to check this (homocysteine) out. You should know this like the stage of your pap , your CEA, PSA, and TSH. It is an INFLAMMATION THANG. You know that is my area of research! Who wants to sign up fo heaven early?
