Just as taste so to speak . What you need to do is taste the cue at this spot. Well they have chicken too! And beef!
Decreased Kidney Function in Post menopausal women taklng estrogens
Nevertheless I need to give you something hot off the press. Oral estrogens in post-menopausal women are causing renal failure. Please consult the article as yet published by
Kidney International
Oral estrogen therapy in postmenopausal women is associated with loss of kidney function
Sofia B Ahmed1,2, Bruce F Culleton1,2, Marcello Tonelli2,3, Scott W Klarenbach2,3, Jennifer M MacRae1,2, Jianguo Zhang1,2 and Brenda R Hemmelgarn1,2
Women are generally protected against progressive loss of kidney function; however, this advantage seems to diminish with menopause. Because of conflicting reports on the association between use of hormone therapy and kidney function we studied 5845 women (1459 on hormone therapy and 4386 non-users) who were over 66 years of age and had at least 2 serum creatinine measurements during the 2 year study period. After adjustment for covariates, hormone use (estrogen-only, progestin-only, or both) was associated with a significant loss of estimated GFR as the primary outcome along with an increased risk of rapid loss of kidney function as the secondary outcome compared to non-users. This increased rate of loss was associated with oral but not transvaginal estrogen use. An increased cumulative dose of estrogen was also associated with a greater decline in estimated GFR. Our study shows an independent association in a dose-dependent manner of estrogen use and loss of kidney function in this elderly population.

Just the group of us, We can make it if we try
It is rather ironic. S.H.A.P.E. who has been consistently representing who Jesus tells us to serve, the have nots, gave us their Pan African Festival this weekend. Thanks to Deloyd Parker it was a success as were the 28 before this one. This youth Pan group is directed by EMANIAH, one of the geniuses who has darted in and out of Texas.
As you all know all in the world are all out of Africa. We have DNA to prove it, regardless of our hue or lack thereof phenotypically. The call from the group in Dallas was for unity. Guess what, that is what I hve been about since 1977 in Houston.
I will attempt to give you a small representation of the program. This was an outstanding demonstration of 6 lessons to display musical genius and discipline on the part of the director and the directed.

DISCERNMENT
I am blessed with what I thought was discernment on a spiritual level. Well I am unless I let my emotion creep in as evidenced of the last few wives. Well guess what had to go?. The same thing is true for a diagnosis. Given a good doctor and a good exam you can discern a group of symptoms to come up with a diagnosis. What would prove better would be to avoid the thing that is causing the cancerous growth when it is at the two or less cellular stage. Such dietary changes as low fat/ no sugar would avoid /prevent and treat some early dysfunctions of immuno- surveillance, as well as diminish cardiovascular mishaps (MI/Stroke) This is the job of the cancer markers of the future to come up with. This is another case against fossil fuels. One can avoid cancer in some cases by avoiding coming into contact with them. This will be the next “ cigarette Harm” for the lawyers to run up big bills for themselves in class action suits.
Nevertheless, we do have certain cancer markers that can point one to a suspicion of growths that are not supposed to be there CEA, for GI, PSA and . The question is what do you do with the information? At this point would there be any benefit other than enrichment of HMO/ hospital CEOs to surgery , radiotherapy or chemotherapy ? Would there be any benefit to anything else.
Not if you did not know about it!
Immunotherapy with vaccines, receptor blockers, and cytokine manipulation does hold out much hope, especially for the leukemias, and for pancreatic and renal cancers.. There is hope on the way. Pray for the medical-industrial syndrome including the state medical boards and pro-consumer group participants and that we learn to avoid exposure to carcinogens similar to the best cure for HIV in avoiding the virus that causes disease.

Here from a recent article and in bold 3 new markers ( found including one dealing with glutathione.) TRIM 63 glutathione S-transferase A1 and alanyl aminopeptidase are the three enzymes. Such things as radio-tagging and MRI may give the answer quicker.

Freddie
Willie Nelson HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I had renewed respect for this fella once I realized he sold my favorite song " Aint It Funny" for $10.00 to feed his family. Its called the Corinthian Hug. The real blessing is in the forced affliction placed upon an as yet proven marketable skill . He does not give Don Robey the repect that he should from the source but the article is not about Robey.
John Lomax did a good job on this coverage this time. He certainly has a source that is thorough and reliable showing good journalism and writing.
This is not meant for you to read , just pick up a copy of the Houston Press for this week May 1st listing and look at ALL of the advertisements.

Literacy In The United States Is Declining - Is That Good Or Bad?
In an illiterate world, who will want to buy books, e-books, magazines and newspapers?
Reading is indisputably on the decline, which upsets or pleases people, depending upon one's viewpoint. In the USA, we’ve suffered a 10% decline according to in literacy from 1982 to 2002.
The data is clear, people are becoming less literate, preferring not to learn at all, or to learn in other ways--by hearing, visual, and tactile means.
Brian Tracy reports that half of all high school graduates and one-quarter of all college graduates in the USA never read another book after graduation.
Moreover, 70% of adults have not been in a bookstore in at least five years.
Text, some sneer, is an ancient learning technology whose time is up. (It may be ancient, but its certainly not passe. The original word "text" means to "weave"--weaving newly-read information into your mental database of what you've read previously.)
As an avid speed-reader who doesn't watch TV or DVDs or CDs or use electronic learning devices except, of course, for the Internet-I deplore the decline in reading and writing proficiency.
The academic case once more against reading has six points:
1. We are pre-planned to store, retrieve and communicate information by speech.
2. Because of our pre-planning, we are driven to develop technologies to communicate by speech. (Sounds good to me--so far).
3. Younger people in electrically developed countries reject text as the technology of choice. (My Assumption: that’s because all as well many are slow readers, and slow reading is about as pleasant as having a root canal.)
Speed reading lessons and much practice will correct this dilemma and make reading enjoyable to anyone. So not learn how to be a speed-reader? Why not teach others?
4. 80% of the world’s population is functionally illiterate. (But why should it stay that way?)
5. Screenagers," academics muse, are able to deftly and "seamlessly weave sounds, words and images into an integrated mosaic" in their minds.
(If that's really a skill, it's a nice skill. But you cannot logically conclude that having this skill renders reading unnecessary).
6. The Internet breaks down boundaries and creates an instant global information system. (I agree. The Internet has made me a globalist. There’s lots of good stuff to read on the Internet, so I’m glad to be a speed reader, as well).
My rebuttal once more is the logic-challenged case once more against literacy and reading is, as follows:
1. Information is doubling and tripling every few years. You need to speed read, even if you use digital media as well, to keep up with the avalanche of new information and prevent your personal obsolescence.
As Brian Tracy says, to earn more, you have to learn more.
We all need to read more and read much faster, which provides greater comprehension and reading enjoyment.
Tracy says that we should make every minute count. In addition to reading regular reading, I agree with Tracy and Zig Ziglar that you should always listen to audio teaching media while driving. Zig calls that Automobile University.
The American Automobile Association (AAA) says that Americans drive an average of 12,000 to 25,000 miles per year, spending 500 to 1,000 hours (the equivalent of two full university semesters).
You should attend Automobile University daily as you drive, rather than listen to music or talk shows.
Speed reading is a far quicker way to learn than viewing and listening to videos, CDs and DVDs--which I consider a boring, time-wasting way to learn, if exactly the same reading material is available instead.
Why not speed read something in 5 to 10 minutes instead spending 45 minutes learning the same stuff on digital media?
Remember, every minute counts.
2. The case once more against reading fails to prove that it should be minimized or dismissed. Rather, the case once more with respect to reading fails extols the alternatives only. Therefore, as a logical argument, the case once more against reading self-destructs. It's a house of cards.
It’s as well bad that some academics never studied formal logic. Obfuscation is not a manifestation of high intelligence nor does it cover up illogical views.
Be ready to use technology that will allow you to speak online to listeners anywhere-- This according to Sodapjtrvx creates the need for things like tele-seminars and webinars.
3. Put pressure on public schools and politicians not to spend billions and billions of dollars with so little literacy to show for it.

amalgamation
A relatively recent amalgamation which will eventuate in product. We are a work in progress. I have assumed teaching responsibilities for a fee. When each party has matured musically a potential for renumeration exists. We have 2 entitites that are able to be paid at this time which are the latter 2.
1. Spoken word 2. instrumental vocal performance 3. writing arranging and playing . Anything outside of these categories will be treated as contract labor and may have an apprentice status that will require payment with one of the others. Mean time the breakdown in a fair sense will be 9 -39- 52 , once the component i has reached journeyman status as evidenced by test and the vote of the other 2 enntities. (Breakdown of Streetsoldier(s) initial Gigs renumeration when apprenticeship has been completed for the 1 entitiy.) Peters' Productions will be broken down as follows:
0.3 + 85 + 14.7 % of net gain which will include profits form AMIE, archives ect distibuted to the 3 groups as listed sequentially above (spoken, instumental/performance, arrangement/performance).
At this time teaching will include Phase I instrumental lessons and theoryI taught by me, Theory and keyboard II will be taught by Terry Thomas as students present. I will be his first student.
Jarbari on the other hand may teach art and or t-shirt manufacturing and graphics. Long term goal is for grant application and sales of franchises.
